Welcome!
Established in 1991, The Wednesday Afternoon Golf Society (WAGS) is a social golf society which arranges regular golf events for members throughout the year. Members may bring guests, subject to availability of spaces
WAGS members range from low handicap golfers to beginners and are largely made up of long-term Hong Kong residents. Yearly we hold some 40 events, both in Hong Kong and around Asia. The focus of every event, which distinguishes WAGS from most other golf societies, is to raise money for good causes. This happens through structured fundraising as well as (multiple) fines for inappropriate behaviour or other misdemeanours.
A feature of our calendar is the annual WAGS Annual Golfing for Good Day, which is now in its 12th year. Held in November each year, It has become the biggest amateur golf day in Hong Kong with 144 players taking part.

Golfing for Good DAY 2022
Thank you so much for attending our GFG event at Kau Sai Chau on 18th November. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
We are delighted to announce that last Friday, the amount raised passed USD 250,000. (Almost 2 million HK Dollars NETT)
Ourselves and the Christina Noble Children's Foundation are absolutely thrilled about this. Our thanks are due to all of you that contributed, our sponsors, Kau Sai Chau, IMPACT Golf, WeRaise and of course our members who made it all happen.
A selection of photos from the day are available for viewing on the link below.
Next year's event, Golfing for Good 2023, will be on 17th November 2023 at the same venue and we hope to see you there.
